Acai Smoothie Mix
1 ¼ cup vanilla soymilk
¾ cup Orange Juice, pulp free
¾ cup Acai juice
1 large mango, cut into small pieces
1 cup blueberries
1 cup ice
Place ice, mango, and blueberries in blender; blend until ice and fruit are crushed. Add soymilk, orange juice, and Acai juice. Puree until smooth, stir, and serve.
Pomegranate Acai Smoothie
1 cup ice
½ cup frozen vanilla yogurt
½ cup blackberries
½ cup Acai juice
½ cup pomegranate flavored water
Put ice, berries, and yogurt into and pulse until the berries and ice are crushed. Pour in remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Stir, pour, and serve.
Blueberry Acai Smoothie
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
½ cup cherries-fresh or frozen
1 cup Acai juice
½ cup fat free lemon yogurt
Place ingredients into blender, puree until smooth. Stir and serve.
Peach Acai Smoothie
1 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
½ cup peach slices, skin removed and cubed
½ cup pulp free orange juice
½ cup Acai juice
½ cup ice
Place ingredients in blender and puree until smooth. Stir and serve.
Acai smoothies can be made using any fruit and juice you choose, and the combinations are endless. Whey protein can also be added for additional nutrition, and you can also substitute soymilk for almond milk or skim free milk.
