Acai berry so good for many things health wise. The majority of the wonderful claims made by acai berry vendors, of the things that this berry can give your body, are supported completely with scientific study, testing and experimentation. There is however, one claim that many acai manufacturers make sometimes that is unfounded. One other thing to keep in mind, when buying acai berry, or supplementation, is that you can’t buy it from every grocery or convenience store, it can only special ordered.

When to Drink Acai Berry

There two main things that make acai berry such a popular supplement, and berry. Two of the key components in acai berry are anthocyanin and flavonoids. These unique substances are well-recognized antioxidants. Antioxidants might be a buzz word that you don’t understand right now. But quite simply put, antioxidants are the weapons that the body uses to combat free radicals, pause the aging process, prevent cancer, and fight existing cancer present in the body. Acai berry is rich in antioxidants, naturally. This is what makes regular consumption an excellent idea, for anybody.

You should drink acai berry juice in the morning. This will give your body a lot of active time to process the nutrients in the berry juice and burn up unused calories. This refreshing juice is a great addition to any breakfast meal.


Scientific Proof

There are multiple scientific studies that prove the validity of the effectiveness of acai berry in the aforementioned ways. But many people claim that acai berry is also a good tool to help you lose weight. Though the healthful, moderate consumption of acai berry probably won’t hurt, it has not been scientifically proven to be beneficial for weight loss. There is no scientific foundation for this particular claim.

Though you might not receive any special weight loss benefits from drinking acai berry, you should still incorporate it into your diet. It will help you no matter what age you are, and what your health state is. You should however consult a physician before drinking this berry to make sure that you’re not allergic, or that there is not some other health reason that you can’t drink it.
